By using Fuel Router, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Fuel Router platform and services operated by Lumen8 Labs, LLC.

Use of the Service

Fuel Router is a fuel-stop optimization platform for commercial trucking fleets. You may use the service solely for lawful business purposes in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

Accounts

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access.

Subscriptions and Billing

Fuel Router is offered on a per-truck subscription basis. Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually as selected at signup. You authorize us to charge your payment method on each billing cycle. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

Your Data

You retain ownership of all fleet, route, and dispatch data you provide to Fuel Router. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to process that data for the purpose of providing route optimization and savings reporting. We do not sell your data. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the service. We reserve the right to perform maintenance, updates, or modifications at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of planned downtime.

Acceptable Use

You may not use Fuel Router to violate any applicable law, infringe on the rights of others, or interfere with the integrity or performance of the platform. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Limitation of Liability

Fuel Router provides optimization recommendations but does not guarantee specific savings outcomes — actual results vary based on fleet size, routes, and fuel market conditions. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding any claim.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or via the platform. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
